Vi scrivo perche' ho un dubbio:
La mia barchetta e' di gennaio del 1999.

Secondo la legge dell'Emilia Romagna:
Sono considerati veicoli storici ultraventennali gli autoveicoli e motoveicoli di particolare interesse storico o collezionistico aventi le seguenti caratteristiche:
costruiti da oltre vent'anni e da non più di trenta (salvo prova contraria, l'anno di costruzione coincide con l'anno di prima immatricolazione in Italia o in un altro Stato),
non adibiti ad uso professionale o utilizzati nell'esercizio di attività di impresa, arti o professioni.
Ai fini del riconoscimento dell'esenzione, con Legge Regionale n.15 del 21 dicembre 2012 la Regione Emilia Romagna dal 1° gennaio 2013 ha disposto che tali autoveicoli e motoveicoli siano iscritti in uno dei registri ASI, Storico Lancia, Italiano FIAT, Italiano Alfa Romeo, Storico FMI. Ai fini dell'esonero fiscale, la certificazione d'iscrizione attestante la data di costruzione nonché le caratteristiche tecniche è prodotta alla Regione.
Anche per tali veicoli, naturalmente, resta fermo l'obbligo di corrispondere la tassa di circolazione forfettaria pari a

Euro 10,33 per i motoveicoli


La mia auto compiera' vent'anni a gennaio 2019. In quel caso potrò fare già' richiesta di esenzione?

Lo chiedo perche' non mi e' chiara la frase "costruiti da oltre vent'anni".
